Join Ben Wisch and Dr. Larry Rosen for a four week journey to better health in body, mind, and spirit.

In our time together, we'll explore the above topics and provide you with concrete tools to meet your own personal goals.

Ben Wisch teaches Yoga with the heartfelt intention of helping students feel better about their lives. By using the laboratory of his own life, he expresses deep philosophical teachings in an accessible, inspirational, and relatable way. His creative asana sequencing is grounded in the precise alignment of Iyengar Yoga, infused with heart through his studies in Anusara Yoga, and supported by the mood enhancing playlists that are drawn from his lifelong work as an artist and musician. Dr. Larry Rosen is an internationally-recognized integrative physician, with expertise in mind-body, nutritional, herbal and functional medicine. A graduate of NY Medical College and M.I.T., he completed his training at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. He is appointed as Assistant Professor at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, teaching mindfulness practices to medical students. Dr. Rosen received his yoga teacher training certification under the guidance of Ben Wisch and Denise DeLuca. He serves as senior advisor and Chair of the Health and Advisory Board for WholeHealthED, a think-tank devoted to bringing whole health learning to U.S. schools.
