Ben Wisch teaches Yoga with the heartfelt intention of helping students feel better about their lives. By using the laboratory of his own life, he expresses deep philosophical teachings in an accessible, inspirational, and relatable way. His creative asana sequencing is grounded in the precise alignment of Iyengar Yoga, infused with heart through his studies in Anusara Yoga, and supported by the mood enhancing playlists that are drawn from his lifelong work as an artist and musician.
